How It Works
Set the deductibility percentage for each expense category based on how it's used in your business:
- 100% - Fully business-related expenses (rent, utilities, etc.)
- 50% - Partial business use (vehicle, home office, etc.)
- 0% - Personal expenses (not deductible)

Common Deductibility Rules:
- Salaries: 0% for owner, 100% for employees
- Rent: 100% for business premises
- Utilities: 100% for business use
- Vehicle: 50% if mixed use, 100% if business only
- Meals: 50% for business meals
- Office Supplies: 100% if business use
